Flat roof replacement in Summer Grove, Whitehaven
Acton & Fox completed this flat roof replacement for a property in Summer Grove, Whitehaven. The existing roof covering was stripped back and the roof was prepared for a new torch-on mineral felt system.
New torch-on felt roofing system
The completed roof has a clean, consistent mineral-felt finish, with careful detailing around the roof edges, adjoining pitched roof and chimney. The photographs show the roof during removal and preparation, followed by two views of the finished flat roof.
We install and replace flat roofs across Whitehaven and the surrounding West Cumbria area using torch-on felt, EPDM rubber and GRP fibreglass systems.

Very professional personnel, skilful & tidy working practices. Offered solutions to problems, I had 100% confidence in their ability. Took no short cuts, were meticulous in their approach & discuss the options with myself as client throughout. Completed 3 roof areas, 1 was particularly complicated, didn’t phase them, excellent final result. I would fully recommend Acton & Fox for roofing works & all aspects general building.
